Southwestern-Style Black Bean Tortilla Soup

Ingredients & Directions 5 ea. 2 Tbsp. 16 oz. 5 oz. 6 oz. ea. 2 Tbs. 2 Tbs. 2 Qts. 10 oz. 2 oz. 10 oz. 5 oz. Morningstar Farms® Homestyle Black Bean Burger, ¼ inch diced   Canola oil Stewed tomato Spanish onion, 1/4 inch diced Red bell pepper, green bell pepper, 1/4 inch diced Garlic, minced Cilantro, chopped Vegetable stock Corn, roasted Chipotle peppers, pureed Salt and pepper to taste Sour cream Fresh lime, wedges Cheez lt® Crackers, crushed Saute garlic, peppers, and onions in oil for 4 minutes. Add corn, tomatoes, cilantro. Add vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Add Morningstar Farms® Black Bean Burger and Chipotle peppers. Garnish soup with sour cream, Cheez lt® Crackers and fresh lime.
