1 Gardenburger® Original Burger
1 oz. Swiss cheese
1 oz. sauerkraut
1 oz. Thousand Island dressing
1 oz. red onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp. vegetable oil
2 slices marble rye bread, toasted
1. Cook burger patty according to directions.
2. Place Swiss cheese on patty and place under broiler to melt cheese.
3. Sauté onions in vegetable oil to caramelize, about 5 minutes over medium heat.
4. Place caramelized onions on bottom slice of marble rye toast, then place patty on top of onion mixture and top with sauerkraut and dressing, then top with other slice of marble rye.
