Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients except crab meat in small mixing bowl.
Gently fold in crab meat.
Slice a pocket into each chicken breast or fish fillet. Stuff with 1½ - 2 oz. of crab stuffing.
Bake on greased baking pan 20-25 minutes for fish or 30-40 minutes for chicken breast.
Garnish with paprika and lemon wedge.
Use this recipe to stuff tomatoes, mushrooms or red and green peppers.
