Dining Services at Texas Christian University is expanding the traditional cooking class program aimed at students by holding sessions for faculty and staff, reports the TCU Daily Skiff. Held in the Market Square dining facility, the twice-a-month sessions are led by Executive Chef Charlie Guajardo of campus dining services provider Sodexo.
