The University of Massachusetts at Amherst rolled out the school's first food truck at the beginning of the current school year. Called Baby Berk in tribute to UMass' popular Berkshire Dining Commons, it will initially serve five types of gourmet burgers (plus toppings) as well as New England clam chowder.
