Delaware North Cos. Has been selected to manage all the retail operations of the Buffalo Bills NFL franchise. Previously been self-operated, the Buffalo Bills retail division includes two stores—one next to Ralph Wilson Stadium and the other in a Rochester, NY, shopping mall—as well as a specialty Training Camp Operation, internet/catalog sales and more than 20 game day locations. DNC’s Sportservice division has managed all food and beverage service, including concessions, club seat service, suites, private events and the team’s Training Center—at Ralph Wilson Stadium since its opening in 1998. As part of the new agreement, DNC will add several new game day locations at the stadium.
