The Nutrition Services department for the Ukiah (CA) USD worked with the Policy Club at Ukiah High School to develop a line of parfaits that would provide an appealing breakfast option for students, reports the Ukiah Daily Journal. The high school kitchen regularly sells out the 75 parfaits it makes each morning and plans now are to expand the option to other schools in the district.
