A San Jose coffee shop landed in hot water recently when police cited three of its servers for public nudity. It seems the shop was saving a little too much on fabric costs for its staff uniforms. The Quyen Cafe is one of about 20 Vietnamese coffee houses in a three-square-mile area of the city, according to several local reports.
