North West Arkansas Community College in Bentonville has engaged a local commercial food truck operator that serves organic selections while it is renovating its cafeteria over the summer, reports the City Wire. The Kind Kitchen will serve breakfast and lunch four days a week on the campus with selections ranging from smoothies made with fresh local fruits and gluten-free rice bowls to both meat-based and vegan selections, plus the truck's Indian tacos, a particular customer favorite.
