KDSB Holdings, owner of the Kings Delight and Snow Ball Foods chicken, turkey and deli meat foodservice brands, has been acquired by BC Natural Foods, parent company of natural beef products purveyor Coleman Natural Meats. The new company, Coleman Natural Foods LLC, is expected to leverage BDSB’s supply relationships in K-12, B&I and military foodservice for Coleman’s products.
