Enodis plc has named Phillip Dei Dolori group president for ice and beverage systems at its Scotsman unit. Dei Dolori had been a senior executive of Middleby Corp. for more than five years until leaving this past April. He joined the foodservice industry in 1984 and spent 19 years with Blodgett and Pitco Frialator.
