YIELD: 1 serving

1/2 cup instant oatmeal (uncooked)
1 cup milk (your choice of low fat, skim, whole)
1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit or trail mix
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

  1. Pour the milk over oatmeal, mix and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Top with the fruit or trail mix. (or any other favorite). Top the oatmeal with the cinnamon and sugar.
