YIELD: 1 serving
1/2 cup instant oatmeal (uncooked)
1 cup milk (your choice of low fat, skim, whole)
1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit or trail mix
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- Pour the milk over oatmeal, mix and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Top with the fruit or trail mix. (or any other favorite). Top the oatmeal with the cinnamon and sugar.
