3 Tbsps. mustard powder 1/2 tsp. Chinese five spice 3 Tbsps. orange juice, frozen, concentrate 1 cup cranberry sauce
Dissolve the mustard powder and five spice into the orange juice concentrate. Add the mustard mixture to the cranberry sauce and whisk until all ingredients are well blended. Hold refrigerated at an internal temperature of 40°F or below. Use within three days. Best if made the day before service.
