Boulder (CO) High School has opened a renovated cafeteria that features a greater emphasis on healthful eating and a blending of the a la carte and reimbursable lunch lines. Paid for with a $100,000 grant from the National Dairy Council, the project was intended to modernize the space and give it a more commercial food court feel.
