Bon Appetit Mgt. Co. will operate the Taste Restaurant in the newly expanded Seattle Art Museum when it opens its doors on May 5. The eatery will emphasize locally sourced ingredients in its dishes and will feature small and large plates to accommodate different appetites. It will serve lunch, dinner, and a happy hour menu.
