Silver Plate Profiles

The International Foodservice Manufacturers’ Association’s Gold & Silver Plate Awards program annually recognizes best-of-class operators from nine commercial and noncommercial foodservice segments. These individuals are leaders and role models in their organizations and represent their peers to the rest of the industry.
