Schwan's Names new Foodservice Unit Head
Jim Clough will join the Schwan Food Co. on August 9 as president of Schwan’s Food Service, Inc. He most recently served as president of Fresh Start Bakeries North America, where he was responsible for sales and 18 manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada. He also has held leadership positions with companies such as Heinz North America, ConAgra Foods and Bunge Foods Group.
As president of Schwan’s Food Service, Clough will be responsible for the direction and growth of a Schwan subsidiary that markets and distributes frozen-food products to public and private schools, universities, health-care facilities, convenience stores and chain restaurants through more than 1,800 active distributors.
