Northern Michigan University has named Greg Minner director of dining services. He comes from Penn State, where he spent a dozen years, most recently as assistant general manager of housing and food services. In all he has two decades of experience in university food service. The dining directorship had been vacant since former director Andre Mallie left last fall to become xecutive director of auxiliary services at the University of San Diego. Arthur Gischia, associate vice president for Business & Auxiliary Services, had served as the interim dining services director.
