Yale Dining has added Adam Millman as director of auxiliary operations, Michael van Emmenes as director of business optimization and James Filtz as assistant director of catering. Millman, who will provide leadership for retail, catering and graduate dining operations, including concept development and innovation, comes from Club Quarrters in Stamford, CT, where he served as the Food & Beverage Corporate Manager. Van Emmenes most recently held positions as Director of Food and Beverage at the Capital Hilton in Washington, DC, and the Lansdowne Resort in Virginia, while Filtz comes from Starwood Hotels, where he served as Catering and Event Manager at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel.
