Concordia College has named Janet Paul director of dining services, succeeding Deb Lee Ross, who retired in January after 24 years. Paul, who will oversee all dining operations at the school, brings 28 years of experience in hospitality, management and college/university dining operation to her new position, including the last 20 with Concordia, most recently as associate dining director.
