Va Tech Goes Trayless

Virginia Tech has removed trays from its two all-you-care-to-eat dining halls, Schultz and D2. The move, piloted for one day back in April to gauge its imact, is becoming an increasingly prevalent strategy to reduce food waste by keeping all-you-care-to-eat diners from overloading trays with more than they will eat
