U.S. House Cafes to Boost Prices

The Restaurant Associated managed cafes at the U.S. House of Representatives are planning to raise prices to meet increased food and fuel costs, reports The Hill capitol newspaper. Most food items and beverages will see an increase of about 10 percent on average starting October 24. Restaurant Associates was given the option of increasing its prices dependent on market price conditions in the food supply channel.
