Unified Acquires A la Cart

Unified Brands has acquired A la Cart, Inc., a privately held vendor of patient meal delivery systems for the healthcare segment. Unified markets primary cooking equipment, cook-chill food production systems, custom fabrication, foodservice refrigeration, ventilation and air handling systems.
