U-Wyoming Turns Union Operations Over to Dining Services

University of Wyoming Dining Services will begin majority operation of retail food establishments in the Wyoming Union starting July 1. The change follows nine years of service provided by Woodward Management group, a local firm. UW Dining Services Director Eric Webb and his staff are using campus surveys, knowledge of national trends and feedback from focus groups to determine what types of food and concepts will be offered. The transition begins later this month and will continue into the fall.
