Texas A&M University has named David Riddle executive director of its Department of Dining Services. A 2005 A&M graduate, Riddle previously served as director of Licensing and Intellectual Property Management for the Texas A&M University System. Texas A&M Dining operates more than 30 campus outlets as well as the University Club restaurant and campus catering services.
