SSP America has opened a Houlihan’s Restaurant in a pre-security area of the Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport. Located near Security Checkpoint 1 in the Lindbergh Terminal, the restaurant is designed to provide a pre-security dining option for the airport’s 35 million-plus annual travellers, as well as visitors. It will serve many of the chain’s menu favorites, including Thai Chili buffalo wings, French-fried asparagus and mini martini ‘flights’.
