Southern Utah University has engaged Chartwells Educational Dining Service to manage its campus dining operations, reports the SUU Journal. The department was previously self operated, but the retirement of former Foodservice Director Mo Hinton prompted the school to consider outside management. As part of its deal, Chartwells will invest around $600,000 to renovate and restructure the Sharwan Smith Center.
