Southern Oregon U. Chooses Sodexo

Southern Oregon University has struck a deal with Sodexo to manage its formerly self-operated campus dining program, which had been running in the red for the past three years. The contract, which begins August 1, will have Sodexo taking over retail, concessions and residence hall dining. It will also make an investment in the facilities.
