Sodexo School Services Division President Lorna Donatone was elected to the CIA Board of Trustees at the organization's October 25 annual meeting. Active with the CIA since 2007, she heads a division that serves 2.5 million meals each day to more than 4 million schoolchildren. Over the past year Donatone has been a member of the CIA’s Society of Fellows, has worked on fundraising activities as a member of the organization's Advancement Committee and has served on the Leadership Council since May 2008.
In addition to her activities with the CIA, she also currently serves as treasurer of the board of directors of the Women’s Foodservice Forum and as a member of the National Restaurant Association board of directors, and she is also serving as the convention chair for the 2009 NRA Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show and International Wine, Spirits & Beer event.
