Sodexo will open and operate a restaurant called Nourish Café at the Indianapolis Museum of Art starting in August. Indiana native and CIA-trained chef Ty Hunt will run the restaurant as executive chef, and he will oversee a menu that focuses on dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients such as grass-fed beef, free-range chicken, organic products and shade-grown coffee that are locally sourced as much as possible.
The menu will include hand-crafted soups and salads, artisan sandwiches and pasta dishes as well as snacks, takeout selections, a children's menu and gourmet coffee and other beverages. An adjacent venue called the Fountain Room will host catered events.
