Sodexo Names New Hospital Unit Head

Sodexo has named Calvin Johnson president of its Hospitals division effective January 1, 2010. Currently division vice president for hospitals in the western region, Johnson will succeed Dick Desrochers, who has accepted a new senior leadership position within the company. The hospitals division is the largest operating unit within Sodexo’s North America unit, operating at more than 1,000 locations, employing more than 22,000 of its own staff and managing approximately 50,000 client employees.
