Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc., a 296-unit fast casual chain known for its fresh-baked breakfast and lunch options, has signed a master license agreement with Sodexo that grants it the right to open Bruegger's Bakery Cafes in their managed locations over the next ten years.
"This agreement allows Bruegger's to broaden our reach to a wider audience of guests and associate our brand with a national leader in food service," says Bruegger’s CEO Jim Greco. "At the same time, we hope that our brand, offering 27 years of fast casual experience, will strengthen their outstanding portfolio."
