The Society for Foodservice Management (SFM) has opened registration for its 2009 national conference. Those interested in joining the proceedings in San Francisco September 29-October 2 can go here to register. Taking place at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in the city's downtown, the SFM National Conference includes sessions on improving profitability at little cost, finding hidden catering opportunities in a down economy and motivating across the cultural spectrum.
