Jefferson County (CO) Public Schools is installing new $3,000 salad bars (purchased with grants) at 11 of its schools to encourage healthier eating by students, reports local station KWGN. The kids can take as much as they want with the stipulation that "they have to eat everything they take," says FSD Linda Stoll.
