School Incents Free/Reduced App Returns With Gift Cards

Chillicothe (MO) R-2 School District is giving parents/guardians who return completed Free and Reduced lunch forms a $10 Wal Mart gift card, reports the Constitution-Tribune. They will also be entered into a drawing for $100 gift cards. The district says the outlays are worth the cost because of the additional federal revenue the increase in free/reduced students would bring in.
