Cornell University Dining has opened Goldie's, the first location on the Ithica, NY, campus to use virtually all biodegradeable/compostable products and packaging. The menu includes a line of signature sandwiches, Starbucks branded coffee products, grab-and-go selections and fresh baked goods. Goldie's is located in the school's new Physical Sciences building.
