Mouse Infestation Closes State Capitol Cafeteria

A mouse infestation caused the temporary closing of the cafeteria in the Pennsylvania state capitol on December 17th, reports the Associated Press. Health inspectors had found numerous rodent droppings around the facility in an unannounced inspection. In addition, a leak was preventing dishwashing water from reaching temperatures adequate for sterilization. The foodservice operation is managed by Aramark.
