Manitowoc to Sell Ice Machine Units to Get Enodis Deal Approval

To secure clearance from European and American regulators for its acquisition of Enodis plc, Manitowoc Co. will sell off Enodis’s global ice machine businesses. The units operate under the Scotsman, Ice-O-Matic, Simag, Barline, Icematic, and Oref brand names.
