Luby's Realigns Management

Luby's, Inc., has promoted Todd Coutee to senior vice president of operations as part of a management reorganization that saw the retirement of COO Harris Pappas. Coutee, who joined the company is 2006 following a stint as executive director of operations for Aramark at the Houston ISD, had since 2007 overseen Luby's Culinary Services unit as vice president of operations. Luby's Culinary Services operates foodservice in onsite environments like colleges and healthcare facilities.
