Luby’s Culinary Services has signed a multi-year agreement with Lone Star College System to manage the foodservice operations for the system’s newest location at University Park. It has installed Luby’s Etc., its retail dining food court brand, which offers the commercial Luby’s cafeteria chain's traditional menu choices along with a variety of stations such as a salad bar, made-to-order grill and build-your-own deli in a recently renovated 4,500 sq.ft. space. It will be open to the public as well as the school’s 3,500 students and faculty. Luby’s will also provide catering for the 14,000 square foot conference center, which has 19 conference rooms and exhibition space. The Lone Star College System is the state’s third largest community college system, with nearly 60,000 students.
