Luby's Debuts Coffee Concept

Luby’s Culinary Services has partnered with Seattle’ Best Coffee on a new coffe concept called What’s Brewing. The firm, the contract foodservice division of the Luby’s, Inc., commercial cafeteria chain, opened the first What’s Brewing unit at 1301 Fannin, a major office tower in downtown Houston. In addition to serving Seattle’s Best coffee and other beverage products, What’s Brewing menus a selection of pastries and other baked goods.
