The Illinois chapter of the School Nutrition Association (SNA) will be celebrating its 60th anniversary at its annual conference in June. The event, which will be held at Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, June 22 to 24, has the theme Sentimental Journey.
Attendees will not only exchange information on efficient menu planning, meeting the latest nutrition standards, food safety procedures, financial mangement and encouraging all-around better child nutrition but will also review the past six decades of the association and its achievements.
