An 18-year-old freshman from Brookdale (NJ) Community College is heading to court to face theft charges stemming from taking a cup of ice in the school's cafeteria, reports NBC Philadelphia. The student says he had asked for a cup to fill with ice and simply took one when the server walked away without giving it to him.
