A healthy pizza served in hotels in the area is now also being served in Orange County (FL) Public School cafeterias, with the proceeds from the sales to the district dining operation going to a local charity, reports the Orlando Sentinel. The wheat crust/turkey pepperoni pies, called Rosen's Perfect Pizza, were developed for the lodging properties owned by noted local hotelier Harris Rosen (Rosen Shingle Creek, Rosen Plaza, etc.). Profits from the sales to the school system go to the Harris Rosen Foundation, which provides scholarships for disadvantaged youth.
