Corporate Executive Chef Fred Reynaud of Guest Services, Inc., has been named one of the winners of the 2010 Produce Excellence in Foodservice Award winners by the United Fresh Research & Education Foundation. The awards, sponsored by Pro*Act LLC, honor chefs and their companies for the innovative and influential use of fresh produce in the culinary arts. They will be presented at the united Fresh 2010 event in Las Vegas in April. Chefs were honored in five categories, with Reynaud winning in the B&I/Colleges area. He was the only winner in an onsite foodservice category.
