Giant Muffin Celebrates Cafe Opening

Binghamton University and campus dining services provider Sodexo held a giant muffin cutting to celebrate the newly expanded Jazzman's Café and Bakery is on the ground floor of the library tower, reports Binghamton's Newschannel 34. The muffin weighed 30 pounds, including 5 pounds of blueberries, and took 6 hours to bake.
