Emmi AG has announced new appointments in its US division that will continue to allow Emmi USA and Roth Käse USA to continue to operate as separate legal entities for the foreseeable future, while being governed by a combined executive committee. Fermo Jaeckle has been appointed CEO of Emmi-Roth Käse USA, with Steve McKeon president/COO. Other executives named include Steve Millard as senior vice president of sales. Millard is a former vice president of sales for foodservice at Dannon Co.
