Ron Ehrhardt has left his position as regional vice president of Canteen Corp. to join Pro-Tech, a New York City based full-service commercial kitchen equipment and repair organization as vice president of business development. Ehrhardt spent nine years as director of food services for Prudential Financial in Newark, NJ, before joining Canteen at the end of 2006.
He had been named the winner of the 2006 IFMA Silver Plate award earlier that year in the Business & Industry category and has been an active member of the Society for Foodservice Management (SFM), including serving a term as the association's president in 2003-04.
