DeNicola Joins Orange Med Ctr. as FSD

Maria DeNicola, MS, RD, has joined Orange Regional Medical Center as director of nutrition and food services. Orange operates two campuses in Middletown, NY, and one in Goshen, NY. DeNicola most recently served as senior sales executive in the Southeast Region for Burlodge USA. Before joining Burlodge, she was director of nutrition and food services for Lakeland (FL) Regional Medical Center. She also held directorships at Maimonides Medical Center, Montefiore Medical Center and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in the New York City area and served as president of HFM for 2002-03.
