The Yum Yum Cupcake Truck has been a popular visitor to the campus of the the University of Central Florida, reports the Central Florida Future campus paper. The independently owned food truck visits the campus twice a week, stopping at two different locations. The truck owner, a UCF alum, says he plans to expand the menu to other baked goods like pies during the upcoming holiday season.
